FAQs

What are your shipping times?

• We make all products to order.  Once you place your order we will begin producing your product.  Please allow 5-7 business to receive a tracking number.  After that expect up to 4-12 business days for delivery once shipped. 
• Some production times and shipping times may differ depending on your product.  Please refer to your item's product page for more exact shipping times.
• If you order several items, expect to receive separate packages.  In order to deliver your items as soon as possible, we send each product as soon as it is ready.

Do you accept returns?

• We only accept returns on damaged items.  Contact us and a photo of the product will be requested.  Afterwards you can either be refunded or request a replacement free of charge.  Please refer to our refund policy.
• All products we sell are made to order.  We do not keep any stock, and for that reason only products with damages or defects can be returned.
