Shipping and Returns


 All of our items are made to order.  This means as soon as you order, we get to work producing and customizing your item!

📦 For tote bags, please allow 2-3 business days to receive a tracking number.  For water bottles, please allow 5-7 business days to receive a tracking number.  For sweatshirts, please allow 4-8 business days to receive a tracking number.

📬 Depending on your location, shipping time for tote bags is quoted by the mail carrier as 4-12 business days.  For water bottles, shipping time is quoted at 10-20 business days.  For sweatshirts, shipping time is quoted at 6-9 business days.

Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed and customized to the customer, we do not accept returns.  We do offer refunds or replacements if a product is defective or damaged.  The following conditions apply.

1.  If you have issues or problems with your items, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.

2.  Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item).

3.  For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted.  This is because all of our items are custom made to order.  We do not had inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order, so therefore there is no item to be exchanged.

4.  After contacting us, we will walk you through how to receive your refund or replacement item if applicable.
